In general terms the purpose of this Special Council Meeting is to adopt the following bylaws:

• Five-Year Financial Plan 2021-2025 Amendment Bylaw No. 2314, 2021
• Tax Rates Bylaw No. 2315, 2021
• Water Tax Bylaw No. 2316, 2021; and
• Sewer Tax Bylaw No. 2317, 2021.

ADOPTION OF AGENDA

• That Council adopt the Special Meeting of Council Agenda of May 11, 2021.

BYLAWS FOR ADOPTION

4.1

Five-Year Financial Plan 2021-2025 Amendment Bylaw No. 2314, 2021

• That Council adopt "Five-Year Financial Plan 2021-2025 Amendment Bylaw No. 2314, 2021."

4.2

Tax Rates Bylaw No. 2315, 2021

• That Council adopt "Tax Rates Bylaw No. 2315, 2021."

4.3

Water Tax Bylaw No. 2316, 2021

• That Council adopt "Water Tax Bylaw No. 2316, 2021."

4.4

Sewer Tax Bylaw No. 2317, 2021

• That Council adopt "Sewer Tax Bylaw No. 2317, 2021."

TERMINATION

• That Council terminate the Special Meeting of Council of May 11, 2021.
