Call to Order

That Council conduct the Special Meeting of Council closed to the public in accordance with the Community Charter sections:
- 90(1)(d) the security of the property of the municipality;
- 90(1)(i) the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and,
- 90(1)(k) negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality if they were held in public.

In general terms the purpose of this Closed Special Council Meeting is to discuss the security of the property of the municipality, the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, and discussions regarding the provision of a municipal service.

That Council, by unanimous vote of all Council Members, waives notice of this Special Closed Council Meeting, in accordance with section 2.6 of the Council Procedure Bylaw.
