  • Whereas the Council of the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) wishes to appoint Steven Gumley as a Parks and Trails Officer pursuant to Section 36 of the Police Act, and upon Steven Gumley swearing the oath pursuant to section 1(b) of Police Oath/Solemn Affirmation Regulation, before a Commissioner for taking Affidavits in the Province of British Columbia, the RMOW hereby appoints Steven Gumley as a Parks and Trails Officer to perform the functions and duties specified in the Parks and Trails Officer's job descriptions.
