• That the Committee of the Whole (COTW) appoint Councillor J. Murl as Chair over the COTW Meeting for January 21, 2025.

The Resort Municipality of Whistler is grateful to be on the shared, unceded territory of the Líl̓wat People, known in their language as Lil̓wat7úl, and the Squamish People, known in their language as Sḵwx̱wú7mesh. We respect and commit to a deep consideration of their history, culture, stewardship and voice.

• That the COTW adopt the COTW Meeting agenda of January 21, 2025.

• That the COTW adopt the COTW Meeting minutes of November 19, 2024.

PRESENTATIONS

Whistler.ca Website Redesign Project Update Report No. W25-001 File No. 4720-20 

A presentation by municipal staff regarding an update on the Resort Municipality of Whistler website redesign project.

• That the Committee of the Whole (COTW) receive COTW Report No. W25-001 regarding the Resort Municipality of Whistler website redesign project (Redesign Project) update; and 

  That the COTW recommend to Council that Council endorse the Redesign Project plan as described in COTW Report No. W25-001.

TERMINATE

• That the COTW terminate the COTW Meeting of January 21, 2025.
