  • That Council adopt the Regular Council Meeting agenda of May 10, 2022.

  • That Council adopt the Regular Council Meeting minutes of April 26, 2022; and

    That Council adopt the Public Hearing minutes for Land Use Contract Termination Bylaw (Blackcomb Multi-family) No. 2344, 2022 of May 3, 2022.

  • That Council consider giving first and second readings to “Land Use Contract Termination Bylaw (Blackcomb Mountain) No. 2350, 2022”; and

    That Council authorize staff to schedule a Public Hearing for “Land Use Contract Termination Bylaw (Blackcomb Mountain) No. 2350, 2022” and to provide notice of the Public Hearing; and

    That Council authorize staff, subject to adoption of “Land Use Contract Termination Bylaw (Blackcomb Mountain) No. 2350, 2022”, to give written notice of termination to the Registrar of Land Titles, pursuant to section 548(6) of the Local Government Act; and further

    That Council authorize staff, subject to adoption of “Land Use Contract Termination Bylaw (Blackcomb Mountain) No. 2350, 2022”, to give written notice of termination to the affected property owners pursuant to section 549 of the Local Government Act.

    That Council consider adopting “Land Use Contract Termination Bylaw (Horstman Estates) No. 2323, 2022” as permitted under section 480 of the Local Government Act

  • That Council approve the submissions of foreshore applications for adjacent upland municipal park and/or municipal lands attached as Appendix A to this Administrative Report to Council No. 22-067; and

    That Council receive the Resort Municipality of Whistler Lakes Management Options Report prepared by McElhanney Ltd., dated December 21, 2021 and attached as Appendix B to this Administrative Report to Council No. 22-067.

  • That Council of the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) in open meeting assembled, hereby resolve that the RMOW, as the sole shareholder of Whistler 2020 Development Corp. (the Company), pass the consent resolutions of the Company; a copy of which is attached as Appendix A to this Administrative Report No. 22-068; and that the consent resolutions be executed and delivered on behalf of the RMOW.

  • That pursuant to Section 2.2 of the 2010 Games Operating Trust Society's Bylaws, Carlee Price is nominated to be a member of the Society on behalf of the Resort Municipality of Whistler until her membership ceases in accordance with the Society's Bylaws; and further

    That Council authorize the Corporate Officer to sign this nomination on behalf of the Resort Municipality of Whistler.
