• That the Committee of the Whole (COTW) appoint Councillor J. Ford as Chair over the COTW Meeting for May 13, 2025.

The Resort Municipality of Whistler is grateful to be on the shared, unceded territory of the Líl̓wat People, known in their language as Lil̓wat7úl, and the Squamish People, known in their language as Sḵwx̱wú7mesh. We respect and commit to a deep consideration of their history, culture, stewardship and voice.

• That the COTW adopt the COTW Meeting agenda of May 13, 2025.

ADOPTION OF MINUTES

• That the COTW adopt the COTW Meeting minutes of April 29, 2025.

PRESENTATION

6.1

Whistler Creek West Report Neighbourhood Plan - Draft Land Use Concept and Engagement Plan Strategies No. W25-004 File No. 6520-20-0020

A presentation by municipal staff. 

• That the Committee of the Whole (COTW) receive COTW Report No. W25-004 regarding the Whistler Creek West (WCW) Neighbourhood Plan project update; and

  That the COTW recommend to Council that Council endorse the WCW Neighbourhood Plan Engagement Plan draft land use concept and implementation strategies attached as Appendix A to, and as described in, COTW Report No. W25-004.

7.

REPORT AND TERMINATE

• That the COTW report their recommendations to Council at the May 27 Regular Council Meeting and terminate the COTW Meeting of May 13, 2025.
